Visit Woodoaks Farm for a Great Big Green day of events from 11am til 5pm on Saturday 25th September to learn how organic food and sustainable farming can work in harmony with the planet.
Food, drink, farm walks and family fun at a special one-day event of everything planet-friendly: a pop-up market full of sustainable producers and creators worth discovering. Part of the Climate Coalition’s Great Big Green Week.
With craft beers, local food producers, artists, fun children’s activities and more to enjoy.
Colne Valley Park are delighted to be supporting this event.
The farm will be showcasing art from the renowned artist Romey Brough and reclaimed woodland products from their resident carpenter The Woodman’s Chisel along with our better known businesses The Woodoaks Tea Shack and The Creative Juices Brewing Company.
They have also invited specially selected guest businesses from the local area to join them on the day. They include @whitbysfamilyfarm who sells quality, grass-fed beef/lamb raised on local pastures and nature reserves and an exciting new business called @slothychef a new barbecue pop-up , who will be serving slow-cooked organic meat and vegetables, straight from the smoker. They have also invited a guest brewer The Mad Yank Brewery who explore both traditional and inventive, new styles of brews.
