Rivers are dynamic systems often they look inviting and safe especially in summer but that is not always the case with hidden or unseen hazards. However, not to worry there are good ways to read the river, assess the risk and appropriate control measures. Join us today to learn more.
As part of the Landscape Partnership scheme we can offer a free water awareness and safety course after which you will be a qualified to level 1 National Water Safety Management Programme and understand how people drown and how to prevent it. This will be delivered by Eureka Training will be held in person at a location within Colne Valley Regional Park. Location yet to be confirmed.
