NNIS survey training and planning
It’s that time of the year again where we plan and do the NNIS surveys !!
Non native invasive species cause many problems to the ecosystem in the Colne Valley Regional Park. We need your help to remove these plants, you can learn more here about non native invasive species.
We will talk about japanese knotweed, himalayan balsam, floating pennywort and giant hogweed !
Survey sites will be planned and given out too.
There will be a chance to brush up on your identification skills during NNIS week too! in May!
