Black Park Country Park
This is a brand new Circular Walk of Wexham and Rowley Woods which will include lesser-known paths in Black Park. The walk has been devised by local walking expert Paul Graham who will be leading the walk with John Whitby, Chairman of the Colne Valley Park. The walk starts from Black Park, and takes you through Rowley Wood, George Green and lesser-known paths in Black Park. It’s a beautiful walk you don’t want to miss out on! The walk is free (but booking is essential, please see details below). Everyone who attend the walk will get a free walk leaflet for this new circular walk.

Please note, the car park can get busy so we advise you to arrive early to make sure to secure a space.
Meeting place: at Black Park car park, close to the vehicle entrance from Rowley Lane.
Easy Access: Level walking, mostly on good paths. No stiles or gates to climb.
What to wear and bring: Please make sure to dress according to weather condition. Wear a sturdy boots as the ground may be wet and slippery in some places, bring water and on a hot day make sure to wear a hat and put on sunscreen.
In extreme weather condition, the event may be cancelled.
Refreshments & toilets
At the far end of the Black Park car park there are toilets and a small kiosk with limited opening hours.
