The Colne Valley Regional Park(CVRP) team and the Canal and River Trust have organized a joint litter picking and general tidy up session for the area on the edge of Denham Country Park around Denham Deep Lock, which has been a bit of an eye-sore recently. Tony Booker will be coming with his ReAP hat on. That means that all the plastic collected will go to be recycled.
Meet at the Denham Country Park Visitor Centre (UB9 5PG).

Friends of the Colne Valley are invited to attend. The session runs through til lunchtime but you are free to come for all or part of the time.
Paul Graham a director of the CVRP will be there too.

ReAP UK are a passionate charity dedicated to recycling plastics collected from rivers aiming to actively reduce the amount of plastic waste in these delicate ecosystems and promote sustainable practices for a cleaner and healthier world.
